Service Description
SThe consultant will work as a member of the development team, collaborating with UX
team leads, product owners, developers, testers, and customers to enhance the usability
of the client's cloud-based software. Their responsibilities include designing products and
services that address the diverse touchpoints, motivations, and needs of users. They will
conduct user sessions to gain insights into customer needs and preferences, translating
them into actionable reports or prototypes. The consultant will also create artifacts like
wireframes to capture the ideal or current state of user experiences. Their primary
objective is to deliver consistent, user-friendly UI designs that can be seamlessly
implemented by the development team.
List of services provided by the consultant:
1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the usability of the client's software.
2. Conducting user sessions, usability testing, or interviews to understand customer needs
and pain points.
3. Translating user insights into actionable reports or prototypes.
4. Creating UI designs, including wireframes, for customer and employee experiences.
